Giving to KACF

Donations are vital to the work of KACF.

As the first grant-giving organization in the U.S. that provides funding specifically targeted at the Korean-American community, KACF relies on the support of individuals and companies that share our vision of improving lives and transforming communities.  Equally important, KACF has been building a movement of Korean-American professional leaders and philanthropists who are active in raising awareness about issues that are challenging our communities as well as participate in developing solutions by leveraging their experience, expertise and financial resources. We are proud of the track record we have established thus far to connect, empower and inspire a new, inter-generational movement of Korean Americans to be active contributors and participants in America. 

How Donations are Used

KACF allocates our donors’ philanthropic dollars to ensure the greatest impact in our community. Since our founding in 2002, KACF has awarded total cumulative grants of over $1.5 million with 100% of its grant dollars going to community-based organizations that primarily work with low-income families and communities. KACF is proud to have earned the reputation as a trusted and effective foundation that makes a lasting difference in our community.
